Samir Nurkovic
The return of Samir Nurkovic to the starting XI was the catalyst that Kaizer Chiefs needed as the Serbian striker scored the only goal in a much-needed 1-0 win over AmaZulu in a DSTV Premiership encounter on Tuesday.
Nurkovic fired home in the 11th minute to ease the pressure on Chiefs coach Gavin Hunt.
AmaZulu, however, thought they had scored at the death to level matters but Benni McCarthy's men saw their goal rightly ruled out due to a foul on Chiefs keeper, Daniel Akpeyi.
