Univision announces free ad-supported streaming services PrendeTV

US Spanish-language broadcaster Univision has announced the imminent launch of PrendeTV, described as the first streaming service created exclusively for the US Hispanic audience. It will debut later on this quarter and will feature "premium 100 percent Spanish-language programming" including curated Spanish-language series, novelas, movies, documentaries and lifestyle shows across 30 channels and over 10,000 hours of video-on-demand content.
