St. Croix's Website sees boost in holiday sales with VTEX

VTEX, the world’s first and only commerce solution delivering rapid time-to-revenue, has announced that the company has been chosen to power St. Croix to support the company’s creation of a new online platform in time for the 2020 holiday shopping season and improve website sales. St. Croix is a leading men’s luxury apparel brand handcrafted in the US.

Since making the switch to VTEX in August, St. Croix has seen an increase in overall sales in the first three months compared to the three months prior, and more significantly has maintained sales in a year-to-year comparison within this year’s challenging retail climate. St Croix is also seeing more site traffic across all devices, according to a press release by VTEX.

St. Croix chose VTEX for its powerful search features and management tools, allowing the organisation to build the online business it wants. The new platform has simplified mobile shopping for St. Croix’s entire customer base, making it clear and easy to navigate. The ability to filter based on size, styles, and colours enables St. Croix to more easily serve its customers, especially in small or extended sizes. In fact, website sales of small and extended sizes have increased 20 per cent in the first three months of the new website, expanding its underserved market.

The new site supports an integrated marketing strategy to build a brand that is consistent across online and physical stores. Launching a new site for the 2020 fall and holiday shopping season can make or break a brand’s holiday success.
