Two more including one Chinese held in instant loan lending apps fraud case

Hyderabad, Jan 13 (UNI) The sleuths of Cyber Crimes, Rachakonda have arrested two more persons including one Chinese origin and an Indian citizen relating to online instant loan lending apps fraud case.

Police seized 4 laptops, 2 mobile phones, Passport (China), one China CITIC Bank Debit card, 3 stamps pertaining to Bienance Information Technology Private Limited from their possession.

Police also freezed Rs 28 crore in bank accounts.

On credible information, the cyber crime police arrested HE Jian alias Mark (26) of Mumbai and a native of China and Vivek Kumar (26), accountant, Ajaya Solutions Private Limited and Epoch Go Credit Solutions Private Limited, G B Road, Thane West and a native of Uttar Pradesh, a police release here said on Wednesday.

In continuation of investigation regarding the Instant Loan Apps fraud case and basing on the confession of previous arrested accused persons-- Parusha Ram Lahu Takwe (32), Director of Jia Liang Infotech Private Limited, Pune., Liang tian tian (Chinese woman) wife of Parusharam Lahu Takwe ( 34) who monitors the staff/employees, and Aquib Shaik (19), HR Manager Jiya Liang Infotech Private Limited, Pune, Maharastra, Cyber Crime police arrested HE Jian alias Mark (26) of Mumbai and a native of China and Vivek Kumar (26), accountant, Ajaya Solutions Private Limited and Epoch Go Credit Solutions Private Limited, G B Road, Thane West, Mumbai and a native of Uttar Pradesh, a police release here said on Wednesday.

The accused persons are operating a call centre at Pune for providing services to Instant Loan Apps companies-- Ajaya Solutions Private Limited, Thane Mumbai, Bienance information technology Private Limited, Epoch Go Credit Solutions Private Limited, GB Road, Thane West, Mumbai, Truthigh finetech Private Limited and other companies.
