3rd Kasa-Koso Football tourney begins

Imphal, January 12 2021: The 3rd Kasa-Koso Football Tournament-2021 organised by 109 Bn CRPF under the aegis of IGP, Manipur and Nagaland Sector began today at Pudunamei local ground, Mao gate.

The tournament was inaugurated by chief guest Ravindra Singh Rautela, DIGP,CRPF, Range Imphal in presence of Vinod Kumar, Comdt-109; Asihrii Pfuzeh, ADC Member Song Song village; Major Chandan Jha, 33 AR; Ashikho, chairman of Punanamai; Kaikho Shiinio, chairman of Pudunamai; Anil Kamei, Headmaster of Sophia English School; Hehsu Lohrii, chairman of Phikomai; Athisu Kaikho, chairman of Mao town Committee SDPO Mao and other officials of 109 BN.

In all, 9 teams from adjoining areas of Mao are competing in this knock-out football tournament which will culminate on January 15, a press release issued by Dy Commandant of 109 Bn said.
