In case the aforesaid companies fail to comply on or before January 20, 2021; then, scrips will be transferred to ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’/ ‘ZY’ group w.e.f January 25, 2021.

It may be noted that the following companies are also non-compliant for Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e. June 2020 & September 2020; however these companies are already in the ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’ / ‘ZY’ group.
