After Houston's 117-100 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, star James Harden said the Rockets "just aren't good enough."

"I love this city. I literally have done everything that I can. I mean, this situation is crazy. It's something that I don't think can be fixed," Harden said.

Harden is aware that the Rockets (3-6) are continuing to discuss trade scenarios with teams, although no deal is imminent, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Houston's asking price remains steep, Wojnarowski reports.

Harden had 16 points in 31 minutes in Tuesday's loss, which was Houston's second in a row.
