Sub: SAT Order in respect of Vikramaditya Chandra.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20201128-5 dated November 28, 2020 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated December 24, 2020 had stayed the effect and operation of the impugned order provided the appellant deposits a sum of Rs. 3.50 lakhs within four weeks from the date of the order.

Now SEBI vide its email dated January 08, 2021 has confirmed that SEBI has received an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- from Vikramaditya Chandra on 05.01.2021 pursuant to Order dated 24.12.2020 passed by the Hon’ble SAT in the captioned matter.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
