LEWA extends monetary aid

Imphal, January 10 2021: Lamding Educated Welfare Association (LEWA) extended monetary support of Rs 8,000 and provided 120 kilograms of rice along with a sack of paddy to a family in Tangjeng Khunou Maning Leikai in Sugnu Assembly Constituency today.

LEWA provided help to the family which has four cancer patients acting on a news report regarding the hardships faced by the family concerned.

The association stated that it will continue to help and support the needy ones and sought the support of the people towards such cause.
