As per section 25(6c) of the CGST Act the aadhar authentication is mandatory for
authorised signatory of all types
managing/authorised partners of a partnership firm
karta if a hindu undivided family
as per rule 8 of cgst this class of individual needs aadhar authentication for gst registration
