Air India women pilots script history by flying over world's longest air route
All-women cockpit crew of Air India which operated the inaugural flight between San Francisco and Bengaluru, received a grand welcome shortly after landing at Kempegowda International Airport. The successful flight which flew over the North Pole lasted for about 17 hours. It was also the first-ever longest commercial flight in the world operated by all-women pilot. The crew consisted of Captain Zoya Agarwal, Captain Papagari Thanmai, Captain Akanksha Sonawane, and Captain Shivani Manhas.
