It's power-packed, action-packed, blood-soaked, and revenge-driven. We're talking about the trailer of Vidyut Jammwal and Shruti Haasan's The Power, which centers on a bitter family feud that drives two lovers apart. The Power also stars Prateik Babbar, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sachin Khedekar among others, and is also written and directed by Manjrekar, marking a return to the directorial duties for him in Bollywood after 2017's critically acclaimed City of Gold. The film releases on 14th January on Zee Plex as per the pay-per-view model.

BL Verdict: While The Power trailer does look exciting, the action, solid, and the cast promises a lot, we're reserving our judgement on the film till we actually watch on account of the slightly tried-and-tested feel of the plot.
