Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi to meet Opposition leaders in order to formulate a 'joint strategy' over the three farm laws. The meeting will be held before the upcoming Parliament session. Farmers are protesting against the three contentious laws including Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020, the Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, 2020, and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020.
