Death toll from landslides in Indonesia's west Java rises to 13 with 27 missing – Reports

Moscow, Jan 11 (Sputnik) The death toll from the landslides that occurred in the Indonesian province of West Java last week has risen to 13 people, with yet another 27 are reported missing, the state-run Antara news agency reported on Monday.
On Saturday, West Java province was hit by landslides triggered by heavy rains. Following the incident, the Indonesian National Board for Disaster Management said that the disaster claimed the lives of 11 people, with 18 others being injured.
The news agency added that 25 people had been rescued.
In early 2020, West Java was also hit by landslides that killed over 50 people and displaced more than 170,000 residents.
