Lucknow, Jan 11 (IANS) Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, who is on a visit to West Bengal ahead of the upcoming Assembly polls, on Monday alleged that people are terrified in the state owing to the atmosphere of misrule, anarchy and hooliganism under a government led by chief minister Mamata Banerjee.
