Punjab-based real estate developer Sushma Group will invest Rs 50 crore in developing holiday homes in Kasauli in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh.

Punjab-based real estate developer Sushma Group will invest Rs 50 crore in developing holiday homes in Kasauli in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. Spread over 6 acres, the company will develop 3.3 lakh sq ft and will offer 382 units of 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments of size ranging from 630 sq. ft. to 1335 sq. ft. in 8 towers.

“With rising stress every day, the project comes a relief to people as it is located amidst the mountains, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities; the project provides a pollution-free and stress-free environment for rejuvenation,” said Prateek Mittal, Executive Director of Sushma Group.

The project will have modern amenities and recreational activities including gym, experience centre, library, kids rooms, media room, spa and sauna, games room, nature deck, entrance pavilion and sunset plaza. Sushma group has delivered 13 residential and commercial projects.
