Adva said its revenues fell by 7 percent year-on-year in Q4 to EUR 140.6 million. Preliminary pro forma operating income increased by 39.1 percent to EUR 14.4 million compared to EUR 10.3 million in Q4 2019. The results differed from expectations, due to a highly depreciated US dollar compared with the euro and the impact on revenues from the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, revenues were at the lower end of the guidance of EUR 565-580 million and the pro forma operating margin at the top end of the range.
