Perfect World Entertainment has announced the first episode for its free-to-play MMORPG Neverwinter's new three-episode expansion. The expansion, dubbed Sharandar, kicks off on February 9 for PC and March 9 for consoles.
As its name might imply, the expansion takes players back to the land of Sharandar, which was originally introduced in Neverwinter's Fury of the Feywild module. Sharandar this time around, however, has been re-visualised and revamped.
Each episode of the new expansion will introduce new features to Sharandar, including new story content, re-imagined adventure zones, new enemies and a new end-game dungeon, among others. The expansion also introduces a new social hub.
Episode 2: The Soul Keeper and Episode 3: The Odious Court will continue Sharandar's story at a later date.
