(Bloomberg) -- Emerging-market stocks posted their biggest weekly gain since early November after Democrats won control of the U.S. Senate in Georgia runoff elections, spurring optimism over more fiscal stimulus. Risk assets rallied despite chaos in the U.S. Capitol. U.S. Treasury yields climbed above 1% for the first time since the pandemic-driven turmoil in March, boosting the dollar and weighing on developing-nation currencies.
