Sub: Order Under section 12(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read with regulations 28(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008, in the matter of Maharashtra Polybutenes Ltd.

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/SM/EFD-DRA-2/9900/2020-21 dated January 08, 2021 has inter-alia debar Vishal Vijay Shah from being employed or associated with any registered intermediary or other registered person dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly and in any other manner, for a period of 1 year.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
