Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. December 04, 2020 and has appointed Shri. Saaurabh Jhaveri, Resolution Professional as Liquidator.

Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Biopac India Corporation Ltd (Scrip Code: 532330) will be suspended w.e.f. Monday, January 18, 2021.
