Job Description:

You will be joining a team and be in-charge of the supervision and coordination of construction projects. You’re responsible for the completion of the projects, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance to the specified quality of standards. You’ll be involved in drafting plans, design consultation, cost estimation, site supervision and work coordination.

o To support in developing detailed work plans and cost estimations;
o Planning and scheduling of time and resources for building construction projects;
o Planning and scheduling of labours/workers/technicians for project works;
o Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters;
o To ensure works carried out meet company’s standards and contractual requirements;
o To monitor project progress and communicate effectively;
o To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, authorities and team.

Requirements:

o Tertiary qualification in Civil & Structural Engineering with good ability to draft and read Structural Drawings;
o Basic knowledge of AUTOCAD is required;
o Other Software (e.g. STAAD PRO) skill is an added advantage;
o Good command of English and able to communicate effectively with team in Singapore;
o Meticulous and good working attitude, able to carry self professionally.
