“It’s virtually like they wish to present you that they’ve energy and wish to present you that [they] can say ‘F**ok you’ and there is nothing you are able to do about it.
“It just goes to show the policing system was built against Black and brown people and that’s the reason those reactions are different.
“That’s the explanation somebody can stroll or run, or bust their manner by means of […] into the Speaker of the House workplace and put their ft on the desk like they’re sitting at dwelling on her sofa and nothing occurs.”
