With the Monster Hunter Rise demo out for the Nintendo Switch right now, information regarding its frame rate and resolution have been discovered courtesy video game tech analysis channel VG Tech. The Monster Hunter Rise frame rate is reported to be 30fps with some frame pacing and minor drops below that number. In addition to this, the resolution of Monster Hunter Rise is around 1344x756 in docked mode with the UI at 1920x1080. In portable mode the game runs at a resolution of 960x540 with the UI at 1280x720. You can check out the detailed video right here.
The Monster Hunter Rise demo for the Nintendo Switch is out now with a 1.6GB download size. Its launch crashed the Nintendo eShop earlier today, requiring Nintendo to announce emergency maintenance due to the surge of downloads.
During the Monster Hunter Rise livestream this week Capcom stated that the demo is only available for a limited period of time, and will not be available after February 1.
The demo features two hunting quests at two distinct difficulty levels. Beginner hunters will take on the Great Izuchi, while Intermediate hunters will be tackling Mizutsune. The demo will also feature two training modes, one focusing on the wirebug and one focusing on Wyvern Riding. All 14 weapon types will be playable in the demo.
Monster Hunter Rise releases on March 26, 2021 for Nintendo Switch.
