Six held for murder of fruit vendor in Hyderabad

According to the police, the prime suspect, Mohammed Nazim, along with his associates, picked up an argument with Ali over a purchase and ended up assaulting Ali at Tulasi Nagar on Friday.

Hyderabad: The KPHB police solved the murder case of Shakib Ali, a fruit vendor who was killed earlier this week, and arrested six persons here on Thursday.

According to the police, the prime suspect, Mohammed Nazim, along with his associates, picked up an argument with Ali over a purchase and ended up assaulting Ali at Tulasi Nagar on Friday. Ali died while being treated in hospital on Sunday night.

The suspects were produced before court and remanded in judicial custody.
