Jindal Stainless Limited informed the exchanges on Tuesday that a meeting of Sub-committee of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on January 21, to consider and approve the early redemption of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) along with the interest thereon, issued by the company.
The record date for redemption of NCDs is January 15, 2021 and maturity date on March 31, 2022.
Jindal Stainless Ltd ended at Rs87.30 per piece down by Rs1.75 or 1.97% from its previous closing of Rs89.05 per piece on the BSE.
