Imagination Technologies moves to EBITDA profit in 2020, with revenues rising 44%

UK chipmaker ​Imagination Technologies said preliminary revenues for 2020 rose 44 percent from the year before to USD 125 million, with an adjusted EBITDA rising to USD 4 million from a loss of 18 million and the adjusted EBITDA going 3 percent higher. The company closed the year with USD 60 million in cash, with no external third-party debt.CEO Simon Beresford-Wylie said the initial results show a turnaround from 2019 and give the company a significant springboard for growth and increased profitability in 2021.
