PNC Infratech updates on financial closure for three Hybrid Annuity Projects of NHAI; Stock ends 6% lower

According to the regulatory filing, these HAM projects have cumulative bids costing up to Rs5,184cr.

PNC Infratech on Wednesday said that the three Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) projects have submitted the duly executed Financing Documents to NHAI.

These HAM projects are -  PNC Unnao Highways Private Limited; PNC Gomti Highways Private Limited and PNC Bithur Kanpur Highways Private Limited. These are also wholly-owned subsidiaries of PNC Infratech.

According to the regulatory filing, these HAM projects have cumulative bids costing up to Rs5,184cr. While the projects have debt size of Rs1,965.54cr.

"The Company has submitted the above duly executed documents within the time frames stipulated in the respective Concession Agreements and has requested for confirmation of the Financial Closures for the above projects," PNC Infratech said.

On Sensex, PNC Infratech ended at Rs174.80 per piece down by 5.59%.
