Respawn has started this year with a new Collection event for Apex Legends called Fight Night. During this event, a town-takeover featuring Pathfinder is added to Olympus that has created a boxing ring.
To play the Fight Night event, players need to get into the boxing ring on the Olympus map, where their weapons and abilities will be disabled in exchange of hand-to-hand combat. Along with this event, Apex Legends has also added another limited-time event called Airdrop Escalation, which replaces the standard battle royale mode. Airdrop Escalation is pretty similar to battle royale, with many more supply drops.
Players will also spot Titanfall 2’s MRVN bots that offer even more loot. The bots with a happy face on their chest screen will give legendary loot and the ones with sad face will give common loot. Apex Legends has also received some quality-of-life updates as well as new epic and legendary cosmetics.
