We are going to be inaugurated: Kamala Harris
U.S. Vice President-elect Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff visited a restaurant in Washington, D.C. on Monday night. Harris said they were there to show support for small businesses, many of which have been struggling to stay afloat during the pandemic. A reporter asked Harris how she and President-elect Joe Biden plan to find common ground with Republicans who refuse to acknowledge their victory in the presidential election. Harris said that she and Biden will be inaugurated on January 20th, and that they are committed to working with all leaders, regardless of whom they voted for.
