No charges against officer who shot Jacob Blake; 'shooting not justified', says Blake's father

A Wisconsin prosecutor announced Tuesday that he will not file criminal charges against a white police officer who shot a Black man in the back in Kenosha last summer, leaving him paralyzed and setting off sometimes violent protests in the city. Jacob Blake's father says his family wasn't surprised by Tuesday's decision by a Wisconsin prosecutor not to charge police officers who shot his son during a confrontation last summer.
