Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Ashiana Housing Ltd. has now informed the Exchange about the reduced face value per debentures pursuant to the company fixing record date for partial redemption and payment of interest.

Hence, Trading Members are advised that these Debentures will be traded with above mentioned reduced face value with effect from January 06, 2021 (DR-194/2020-2021).

Trading Members of the Exchange are required to take note of it.
