Project launched at Thoubal

Imphal, January 04 2021: Nehru Yuva Kendra Thoubal & district administration Thoubal jointly organised a district level launching of the project on youth participation "Catch the rain, where it falls, when it falls" campaign (Jal Shakti Abhiyan), at the DC Conference Hall, Thoubal.

The project was launched during the monthly DLO meeting in the presence of 30 District Level Officers and 10 youth volunteers of NYK Thoubal.

The project details were highlighted to the gathering by Michael T Mate, District Youth Officer, NYK Thoubal after which the district level project was officially launched by N Bandana Devi, Deputy Commissioner, Thoubal.

All the officials and volunteers present took part in a water pledge led by the Deputy Commissioner.
