Sangh All India Publicity Chief Arun Kumar said that the three-day conference will be attended by around 150 delegates from 25 organizations associated with the Sangh and during this time all these people will share their experiences, feedback, and information with each other. He said that this conference will take place at the Karnavati University campus in Gandhinagar.

Apart from Bhagwat and Nadda, top officials of Sarkaryavah Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi, Akhil Bhartiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Rashtriya Sevika Samiti, Swadeshi Jagran Manch, Vishwa Hindu Parishad will attend the coordination meeting.

On a question, he said that this meeting is not a forum to take any decision. All related organizations are independent, autonomous, and have different areas of work. Everyone will share their experiences, feedback, and information with each other so that people can benefit. He informed me that the coordination meeting takes place twice every year.

The meeting usually takes place in September on a large scale and in January in small groups. However, due to Coronavirus epidemic, the meeting held in September last year was limited. About 150 workers will be present in the meeting being held in Gandhinagar. He said that on the wishes of Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, many current issues will also be discussed including raising funds from house to house for the Ram temple to be built in Ayodhya.
