ER-Telecom reports shift in shareholder structure

Russian company ER-Telecom Holding, providing services under the Dom.ru and Dom.ru Business brands, has announced a change to its shareholder structure. PFIG Overseas Invest Holding Limited, controlled by ER-Telecom president Andrey Kuzyayev has acquired a 16.3 percent stake from Dehus Dolmen Nominees Limited, owned by fund Baring Vostok and Enforta BV.
