The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested three drug smugglers on charges of possessing MD, synthetic drug mephedrone. NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede said, "Three smugglers were caught with synthetic drugs during raids in Andheri and Kurla areas". He has been arrested.
In the last few months, NCB has tightened its grip on smugglers in many parts of the country. The NCB is also investigating two cases related to drugs in the case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death. The NCB has questioned several top actors over the past few months as part of its drug investigation.
