Like many of us, Emraan Hashmi has had enough of this pandemic and says he wishes to go back to the curfew-free and mask-free world. The actor shared a throwback picture from shooting in Slovakia on Saturday, while sharing his views. He had sent in good wishes to fans on Friday, writing, "What I'm trying to say is that it's not goodbye sh***y 2020 it should be thank you 2020 for teaching us so many hard lessons,now we are stronger wiser and more equipped to deal with the worst. The worst that is not over yet,but something we will slowly but surely overcome in 2021." When the lockdown had started in March 2020, the actor had said, "None of us were prepared for this, but I think it’s the new normal, which we are all getting used to. Yes, it’s frustrating being locked up, but it’s for the greater good."
He had also spoken about online classes. He had said, "Kids can’t miss out on school, so online courses have been organised. Nothing can replace school time, but we don’t know when all this will end and education must continue. They can’t even go out and play right now, so at least this is keeping them busy."
"The pandemic is sad, however, being locked up in our homes, we have rediscovered family time. Our busy schedules don’t allow it under usual circumstances, so it’s nice to be home for a change," had added.
Emraan will next be seen in suspense drama Chehre, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan and is directed by Rumy Jafry. Chehre also features Rhea Chakraborty, Siddhanth Kapoor, Krystle Dsouza, Raghubir Yadav and Annu Kapoor.
