The next agenda of the government will be decided in the union-BJP coordination meeting

The three-day meeting of the three-day coordination committee of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the BJP will be held in Ahmedabad from January 5. The meeting will be attended by Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat, other senior leaders of the Sangh and representatives of all 36 Sangh Sangh organizations, party president JP Nadda and several ministers of the government. In this meeting, along with the remaining Hindutva agenda, there will be a discussion on the West Bengal assembly elections.

This committee meets every year to decide the future strategy. In such meetings, the union seeks information about the government's opinion and preparation on various issues. Apart from this, the government is made aware of the suggestion of its own and subsidiary organizations. The special thing is that this meeting will not be virtual.

Action plan on Hindutva agenda

In this meeting, the national population register, national citizenship register, anti-conversion laws, uniform civil code, and all other agendas related to Hindutva will be discussed. The BJP and the minister of the government will make the Sangh Parivar aware of the future plans of the government on these issues. At the same time, the union will tell the government about its priorities. Significantly, after Article 370 and the Ram Temple case resolved, the Sangh wants to materialize all other agendas in the second term of the Modi government. The Sangh wishes that the government implement the Uniform Civil Code and anti-conversion laws in the new year.

VHP may raise the Mathura-Kashi issue

The Sangh had publicly distanced itself from the Kashi and Mathura disputes after the Ram temple construction issue was resolved. However, the VHP, meanwhile, has indicated several times to move forward on these issues. A senior VHP leader said the organization will raise both these issues before the government and the BJP.
