New Mohali Civil Surgeon assumes charge

Dr Adarshpal Kaur today assumed the charge of Civil Surgeon of the district. Earlier, she was a senior medical officer of the local ESI Hospital and recently got promoted as the Deputy Director.

The Civil Surgeon has rendered her services to the Health Department in various capacities. After assuming the charge, she said she would do her best for the effective implementation of various national and state health programmes and schemes in the district. Improving the functioning of government health institutions in the district is one of her top priorities, she added.
