Arunachal records more Covid recoveries

Itanagar, Jan 2 (UNI) Two more Covid-19 patients were discharged following their recovery from the virus in the past 24 hours in Arunachal Pradesh, taking the total recoveries to 16,566.
Of the two discharged, one each was from Itanagar Capital Complex and Lower Siang, as per the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services.
With this, the number of active cases in the state has gone down to 97.
According to the bulletin, no new case was reported in the last 24 hours.
State has recorded 16,719 Covid cases so far. Fatalities tally stood at 56.
