MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed that we have received communication from DSP Mutual Fund regarding Change in Controlling Interest of all schemes of DSP Mutual Fund.

Further, as per the notice issued by DSP AMC, the investor who are not in favour of the change in Controlling Interest of all schemes of DSP Mutual Fund can redeem their investments or switch to other schemes of DSP Mutual Fund available for subscription without any payment of exit load within a period of 30 days starting from December 29, 2020 to January 27, 2021 (Both days inclusive) through BSE StAR MF platform.

Also, as communicated by DSP AMC redemption & switch out can be accepted on BSE StAR MF platform through physical mode only.

The list of close ended schemes allowed for redemption & switch out is attached for your reference, after 3.00pm on January 27, 2021 close ended schemes will not be available to clients for exit on BSE StAR MF platform.

MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby note that redemption & switch transactions will be processed at the NAV applicable for the day on which redemption & switch request is received as per applicable cut-off timing guidelines.
