Gurdwara Singh Sabha at Satipura village near Hanumangarh is preparing 400 kg of “ladoos” with desi ghee and dry gum (gond), and 100 kg of energy-rich biscuits, which will be served to hundreds of farmers camping at Shahjahanpur on the Jaipur highway.

Gurdwara managing committee chief Malkit Singh and village sarpanch Gurlal Singh said that for the past three weeks, farmers from Hanumangarh and Sriganganagar were keeping patience at Shahjahanpur, but they were determined to move to Delhi.

Villagers contributed desi ghee and other materials to prepare “ladoos” and biscuits.

They said they were doing their bit in providing logistics and moral support to farmers protesting against the “black” agricultural laws.
