The function held on 31st Dec 2020, at Singjamei Mayengbam Leikai was attended by Dr Ch Shantikumar Singh, Asst. Prof., DMCTE, Govt of Manipur and Special Contractor Ch Iboyaima, Acting Chairman of Chirom Saagei Yumjao Lairembee Seva Committee respectively as Chief Guest and President among many others.
