4th anniversary of Ningsing Lup celebrated

Thoubal, December 31 2020: The 4th anniversary of Ningsing Lup Tekcham was celebrated at its premises in Tekcham, Thoubal district, today.

As a part of the programme, Tekcham Gram Panchayat Pradhan L Iboyaima Singh hoisted the flag of the association.

It was attended by leaders of Tekcham Meira Paibi, Clubs and members of Ningsing Lup Tekcham.

Face masks and hand sanitizers were distributed before the start of the programmes and SOPs were followed strictly throughout the programme.
