Emami Limited informed the exchanges on Thursday that it has made a strategic investment in Brillare Science Pvt. Ltd. by subscribing its 10 lakh fully paid-up Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS), having a face value of Rs10 each.
The company last month had announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Emami International FZE, Sharjah, has disposed its entire stake of 85% held in Fravin, Australia, consequently, Fravin and its step down subsidiary companies, namely Diamond Bio Tech Laboratories and Abache ceased to be subsidiary Companies of Emami.
Emami Limited was trading flat in early trade on Thursday. EAt around 10.18 am, its each stock was trading at Rs423.50 per piece down by Rs1 or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs424.50 on the BSE.
