Covid-19: 8 new cases detected in Kolhapur

Kolhapur, Dec 31 (UNI) Eight more fresh Covid-19 patients and two deaths were reported today, taking the district's tally of such cases to 49,527 and the death toll to 1,705, respectively.

On the other hand, 22 patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking the overall count of recoveries to 47,772.

There are now 50 active cases in the district, an official report said.
