THE DETAILS: The Independence Seaport Museum’s annual Parade of Lights - which features a series of boats sailing up the Delaware River while decked out in holiday lights, wreaths, and other decorations, along with an appearance from Santa Claus - will not happen in person in 2020. However, the museum is committed to keeping the tradition alive and will instead host a virtual viewing party for a pre-recorded parade on Saturday, December 12 at 5:30 p.m. The video will be broadcast on the museum’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube accounts.
