OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — A 43-year-old man is in custody in connection with the shooting death of an Omaha real estate agent.
The Omaha World-Herald reports that the suspect was booked Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of criminal homicide and use of a firearm to commit a felony. It wasn't immediately clear on Thursday if formal charges had been filed.
Real estate agent Mickey Sodoro's body was found Tuesday at a house listed as available as a rental. He was 70.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office said Sodoro's family had recently purchased the home as rental property. Sodoro had been at the home Monday to show the property to Lorello, authorities said.
