Renowned Marathi film photographer Prakash Shinde passes away in Kolhapur

Kolhapur, Dec 30 (UNI) Renowned Marathi film photographer, Prakash Ganpatrao Shinde, passed away here on Wednesday due to brief illness.
He was 75.
Having learnt the craft under supervision of well-known Marathi film directors like late Bhalaji Pendharkar and V Shantaram, Shinde went on to work as photographer with noted film directors like Yashwant Bhalkar, Sachin Pilgaonkar and Mahesh Kothari.
Some of the notable Marathi blockbusters for which he was the photographer include 'Dhumdhdaka', 'Navari Mile Navryala', 'Thartharat', 'De Dana Dan', 'Mumbai to Mauritius', 'Tambyacha Vishnu Bala' and others.
