In Schedule CG for gains from stocks -

Since we use the same investment amount to trade multiple times in stocks, the cost of acquisition should be the additional amount or total buy value of all trades?

E.g. I buy stocks of Rs. 100. Then I trade 10 times using the same amount to generate short term profits. Brokerage P/L report will show Rs. 1000 as total buy value. Should we use Rs.100 or Rs.1000 as Cost of acquisition in Schedule CG?
